He who formed the eye, ^{▼▼ Or can}does He not see?
10 He who ^{▼▼ Or instructs
,} ^echastens the nations, will He not rebuke,
Even He who ^fteaches man knowledge?
11 The Lord ^gknows the thoughts of man,
^{▼▼ Or For}That they are a mere breath.
